By placing an order with us, you confirm that:

Products can be purchased securely using Visa, Mastercard, Zip, PayPal, WeChat, Alipay, or internet banking for online shopping. EFTPOS is available for in-store purchases. Your payment details are protected with the latest security technology and are only used for the transaction you authorise.

When purchasing, you will be asked to register your email address to complete your order. We may contact you directly regarding your order if needed.

Coupons

Urban Sales coupon codes can either be redeemed online at www.urbansales.co.nz, in store at our showroom or both. For actual restrictions, please check the terms and conditions on the coupon.

Pricing and Errors

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.

While we do our best to ensure prices are accurate, mistakes can occasionally happen. If a pricing error occurs, we are not bound by the incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel any orders placed under an error.

Product Colour, Timber Imperfections & Finish Disclaimer

Stock Availability

Although we take great care to ensure product availability and accuracy of stock numbers, occasionally items may become unavailable after ordering. If this happens, we will contact you and refund any payments promptly.

All items sold via the UrbanSales website are subject to availability and we reserve the right not to accept or to cancel any order for products that are out of stock.

Multiple Shipments

Sometimes if you order from our local partners, your order may arrive in separate deliveries from different locations to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

If you opt to split your order into different shipments, extra shipping costs will incur. We will notify you beforehand if this is the case.

Cancelling Orders

We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, misuse of promotions, pricing errors and abandoned orders.

If we cancel your order, we will refund any payment made. We accept no liability for any resulting loss or inconvenience.

Delivery Estimates

We aim to meet our estimated delivery timeframes in the quickest and most economical way possible but cannot guarantee them due to factors outside our control.
