Our organic cotton mattress cover is hypoallergenic, breathable, and naturally sustainable. Featuring hidden zippers, the cover is easily removable when it’s time to pop it in your washing machine. Instructions for Unpacking:
- Unbox your Lumo mattress and pop it on your bed frame.
- Use the special Lumo tool to cut the outer plastic.
- Unroll your Lumo mattress.
- Using the cutting tool again, gently remove the inner plastic.
- Allow 24-48 hours for your Lumo mattress to fully expand.
- It takes time to break in your mattress. Please allow up to 30 days to settle into your new Lumo.

Instructions for Care:
- It is not necessary to flip or rotate the mattress
- Remove the cover by unzipping at the side
- The cover is machine washable, please use a gentle cycle
- We recommend washing the cover every 6 months
- If using the mattress directly on the floor, please air it regularly to avoid moisture build-up
