* Due to its production process and sudden ambient temperature changes cement products can have hairline cracks and slight irregularities, but will not affect the integrity of the product. We recommend the use of tablecloth and coasters to avoid stains
* Clean with a damp cloth in a mild cleaner and dry immediately.

Yes, we offer nationwide delivery, covering most regions of New Zealand. Our trusted network of freighting companies ensures efficient delivery. However, we do not currently offer international shipping to places outside New Zealand. 

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing Time:

In-stock items that are ready to ship are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2 to 3 working days.

Shipping and Delivery Time:

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery times for in-stock items are:

  • Auckland: 2-3 working days.
  • North Island: 3-5 working days.
  • South Island: 5-10 working days.

Rural or remote areas may take up to 14 working days. Deliveries occur during working hours. Our partnered courier services in New Zealand offer secure shipping with Track and Trace capabilities.

3. Will I incur additional costs if I live in a rural area?

Yes. If you reside in an area classified as rural by delivery services, additional charges may apply. The exact costs depend on the combination of items in your order and the required freight carrier. You will be notified of any extra fees after we receive your order.
